What do the rental price include?
 
The rental price includes:

Unlimited mileage.
- Full insurance (insurance excess included, except Ibiza).
- VAT.
- 24 hours road assistance service.
- Arrivals at airports out of hours.
- Airport taxes.

What does that mean 'prepayable fuel' ?
 
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be returned empty as empty as possible. The cost of the fuel will be charged at the time of rental (40 € - 85 €) , depending on the model supplied. EXCEPTION: for rentals up to 3 days there will be a charge for the full tank of fuel, which will be refundable at the end of the hire if the tank is returned full.

What is the cost of a baby seat?
 
Baby seats and boosters seats have the price of € 3 per day with a maximum of € 36 per seat per rental.

Do you charge for a second driver for our car rental?
 
Second or further additional drivers will be charged with € 3 per day with a maximum of € 36 per driver per rental.

What if I pick up the car in one city and deliver it to another city?
 
One way rental inter provincial will cost € 30 per rental, if rental is less than 7 days.

Do I have to leave a deposit as a guarantee?
 
No, the price already includes a full insurance. No deposit required.

Do I have to pay airport taxes if I pick up my car from the airport?
 
No, airport taxes are covered by IBERIA CAR HIRE.

What borders can I pass, in what countries can I drive my car?
 
Cars only may be driven in Andorra, France(a), Gibraltar, Balearic Islands(b), Iberian Peninsula(b), and Portugal, and must be returned to one of our stations.

(a) France: It is possible to drive in France, paying locally an additional insurance of € 7 per day (maximum € 50 per rental agreement). The rental agreements are renewable monthly.

(b) The vehicles must not be taken from the Iberian Peninsula to the islands or viceversa nor must they be transported to the Spanish enclaves Ceuta and Melilla.

How can I make the payment?
 
No, the payment is always done by a valid credit card on the car collection (no prepayment required). When picking up the vehicle, driver must present a valid credit card for guarantee.

What is the minimum age in order to rent a car?
 
The driver has to be 21 years minimum and he must hold a driving licence since one year, at least.
